The staff were very friendly and welcoming and knew their stuff however, I booked for Reflexology (I did specify I wanted it in my hands only) but ended up with a massage for my tennis elbow! I mentioned the tennis elbow so she didn't trigger it but it was all she seemed to focus on. I did say several times, I'm here for reflexology but it didn't seem to register. I can't complain about the actual massage as it really has helped my elbow a lot and I feel a lot better but it wasn't what I wanted or paid for! All In all, good place, welcoming, knowledgable but make sure you are clear on treatment required!

Massage did not solve the back issue but was extremely relaxing.

I haven't had acupuncture in many years, so I am just giving it a go again for migraine. It was only the first session but it was very relaxing. I am planning to book more.
