Velnish is great, this was my second treatment with her and she knows what she's doing! Resolved my back pain in an hour and I loved my peeling facial, too. The Elemis professional products are of course top-tier and the atmosphere is very soothing. Minus points because my appointment was delayed by over 40 minutes, but hey ho, had nothing else to do that afternoon. Please don't let that deter you from booking a massage with a true specialist.
