I often get massages at the spa, however on this occasion the room was very cold and the towels were damp and had not been dried. I was also not asked about if I had any tension in my body or areas I wanted to focus on.
Aside from this, the oils were luscious.

Was left standing at the door for a while with no reception staff so jumped the barriers in the end. Think the towels/bed covers need replacing because they are no longer soft. I’ve been here several times and I’m one occasion it was so bad that I left with an injury.
BUT…omg…Alvi is incredible! His knowledge and understanding of the human body, pressure, what you need is astounding. Not too hard or soft, just perfect at every stage and a really lovely guy too. Cannot recommend enough!! 🙏

Great massage, although pretty rough around the face, eyes & head which I didn’t love. The atmosphere is a little odd. We started late and the communication from staff when I arrived could have been clearer and friendlier.
