We had the best visit. The saunas and changing rooms were clean and not too busy. Never had a couples massage before but our facial and back massage were so good! And the staff were so lovely and friendly. Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews but this was such a disappointing experience.
Meridian Fitness has a very disorganised booking system. I booked for a same day appointment, which was confirmed by the spa. When I arrived I was informed there was no therapist available. No attempt had been made by the spa to inform me of this in the 6 hours prior to my appointment. I was sent home.
The booking was fulfilled a week later and I was disappointed further - there were no separate facilities to the gym, meaning I had to enter the locker room to use the toilet. The treatment room was cold, both in temperature and ambience, making it very difficult to relax. The massage itself was lacking. Disappointing experience all round.
