Good venue with use of Elemis products, however building works noise was distracting, and floor was dirty (generally clean).
Therapist made it awkward when first walked into the room, I was expecting her to walk out of the room for me to get changed, instead she stayed in the room and carry on with her things. At the end, she walked out of the room for me to put my clothes on, but she didn’t knock on her way in!
I asked for deep tissue massage, but there was hardly any pressure.
Overall was ok for the price I paid as got it on an offer, otherwise I would not pay full price.
