Booked a hot stone massage at 11. I was told at 1045 it wasn’t possible because the stones weren’t hot yet. The therapist offered a normal massage but it was freezing outside. After talking to her we settled for a normal massage and perhaps hot stones at the end. Went to the room. The place is still under construction. It was a building site! The room has no radiators and was super cold. There wasn’t a blanket just a single towel. I explained to the therapist how cold it was. Unfortunately she couldn’t think of a way to make it warmer. She couldn’t connect the dots that it was cold and didn’t bother warming up her hands. When she started the massage, her hands were freezing. I had to tell her her hands would get warmer if she rubbed them together. The massage was average. All in all, an average experience in a cold construction site and staff unable to problem solve. Don’t bother if you want a nice experience with good service.

The room was atmospheric and clean, the therapist very kind and did a spotless job.
