The masseuse was really nice and professional. She kept checking my preferences throughout the one-hour session, but without feeling intrusive. Really recommend.

30 mins pedicure is a waste of time, and they even call it "classic" in description. Also, description stating there is a foot massage and there was none. It started with a questionable application of anti bacterial gel to my toes stating that it "softens cuticles". Then for 30 minutes the lady desperately tried to cut my dry skin and nails, and I haven't even asked for nail polish application! In other places they manage to do a full pedicure in 40 minutes, with soaking, massage etc. This time waste costs 30 pound full price, luckily I paid 20 because it was last minute. Needless to say I probably won't be coming back for pedicure here.
