Massage was nice but the room was quite chilly! Facial definitely not worth the money. I went for the sensitive skin one because my skin is dry more so than sensitive and I thought it would be a safe option, I never have issues elsewhere, and yet I’ve got some red blodges that came up and are still here almost 24 hours later which is a shame. It was a nice last minute treat but I wouldn’t rush back again

It was a horrible experience. There was zero communication, and did not feel comfortable. This was my first massage and it hurt so bad. They did not ask me for preference in pressure of where to focus. I booked a deep massage and got what felt like a sports massage. The reception was not welcoming, and I paid extra for sauna and steam room and had to ask for a towel and directions where to go.

Incredible massage! The masseuse was super receptive to feedback re: pressure etc. and we quickly arrived at something that worked well for me. I appreciated her attentiveness and check-ins, as it was my first time there. Left feeling deeply relaxed.
