Again, I have been coming back to this venue for the locality to me, but mainly for the staff. Stella, my beautician is just fabulous. The rest is just icing on the cake - good value and very clean indeed. The only thing that lets the venue down is the street and classes noise (when there is a workout class on in neighboring rooms). But that said it is a fitness center so it is expected.

Had a deep tissue massage and it was amazing!! The venue was relaxing and the masseuse quickly found all my tension and gave just the right amount of pressure. Super relaxing highly recommended!

The facilities were by a busy road, inside a gym so not the most relaxing sounds. Massage was good but the waxing was literally the worst I've had in my life. It was the girl's first day at that place and she wasn't confident at waxing - wish she told me that before getting hot wax in my hair, all over my face and very slowly ripping out my eyebrows - in the end I had uneven eyebrows and 2/3 of lip waxed. She even rushed out to get her manager. I was nice to her but it was truly awful.
