My massage was performed by Stella who was fantastic, she really helped ease the tension from my upper back and shoulders. Very nice Espa products used which have left my skin soft and it smells great.
The only thing that could be improved is the ambience around the treatment room, as it is next door to a gym there was a repeated slamming of doors, which was a bit distracting. Perhaps the management could look at ways to soften the closing mechanism on the doors? Or maybe put up a sign when a treatment is in process?
Aside from that everything was perfect, I will be back. Looking forward to my facial here again tomorrow!

The hot stone massage was really good and I felt really relaxed when I left. The only issue was the room which was a bit too bright and noisy as it faces the street. So a bit difficult to totally relax for the massage.
