Ambience was very nice and clean. The therapist was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions.

The exfoliation was good but unfortunately a miscommunication meant that the treatment started late and had to be slightly rushed.
Body Exfoliation Treatments
Very nice atmosphere, the service overran in terms of the time that was stated. Quite a bit of wax left off my legs at the end, but friend sky people.

The masseuse was good, the pressure applied just right and she checked it was and also asked if there were particular areas she should focus on. The room was quite bright and rather clinical but an eye mask was supplied to block the light. The New Age Muzak was not as irritating as some I've heard and the temperature of the room was fine although,as a chilly mortal, I would have preferred it slightly warmer. There are quite a few stairs to the treatment rooms, which are above the gym,so this might not be a good venue for those with mobility problems
