The customer service provided by the spa was exceptional. They were very kind, professional and try to go the extra mile for the clients. I am very grateful for his kindness and for making us to feel better.
They were also was very sweet and provide a juices to celebrate my friend's birthday.
My husband and I went wanted a last minutes spa day, so we called the Meridian Club and they were able to accommodate us. It was the best spa day we have had in years. The biotech facials are amazing. The staff were excellent, the sauna and steam rooms exceptional. Great value for your money. Highly recommend coming here.

I went for a facial and pedicure and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Excellent consultation beforehand to find out what I wanted out of it, relaxing facial which did wonders for my skin and lovely therapist. Bonus neck/shoulder massage with the facial too! Pedicure was also great, cant fault it and will be returning!

The therapist was lovely, however she was not good at doing the waxing, my skin is left ripped off in some places. As I do it regularly (every 2-3 weeks), I am always looking for the best value. Meridian Fitness is very convenient as I live in the neighbourhood, I would definitely go there if they improve the quality of the service delivered.

Nice massage. Only downside was that I could hear exercise classes going on. I realise the place is a gym, but the treatment rooms could do with some sound proofing.
