WOW! Best experience ever. Lovely facilities, clean, and some nice people. This was my first time at a health club spa.
I went alone as I was nervous because you're supposed to be in your birthday suit; but my nervousness was totally unfounded.
I did the biotech for men for £75 and it was absolutely worth every penny!
My skin has never felt so refreshed and younger. It was amazing to see how younger I looked.
I cannot wait until next month because I'm going to make this a monthly thing

I’ve been looking for a good massage therapist and found a review for Stella at Meridian for deep tissue massage so I tried it out. I had an hour session with Stella who was attentive and listened to my needs, I felt comfortable and at ease while she worked out my knots and muscles.
I look forward to a long and beneficial relationship with Meridian and highly recommend Stella for treatment.
I have tried other therapist in Greenwich square but felt this was a more personal and comfortable experience.

Easy to find, friendly staff, small but functional spa room with lovely a small
But good choice of colours for file and polish. Sat chatting happily away for ages, really lovely and talented beautician!
