Describe your visit to Mermaid Island
The member of staff was lovely. I had booked a face massage but no massage happened, I was given a facial treatment, I waited to have a massage but it didn't happen so I was v disappointed. The facial treatment was ok, my skin did feel soft after. although when I left I looked in the mirror and bits of the mask were still on my face. I just didn't get the,treatment I had bpoked.
Face Massage
The staff were behind schedule which meant I had to wait, but once in the treatment was lovely. The room was warm and the bed heated.The pressure was good and she asked if I needed it adjusted.
Deep Tissue Massage
I have been to Mermaid Island several times and it's always fantastic! Very friendly and professional staff, and a lovely relaxing atmosphere. They also very often have appointments on the day, so if you wake up feeling a bit rubbish it's definitely worth giving them a call and seeing if you can book a last minute pamper session.
