I had a very soar back & hip & after two deep tissue massages, I was a lot better. The staff worked really hard to loosen the knots & showed great knowledge & experience. The atmosphere is relaxing & friendly. I will be back regularly to keep me back in check.

I love this place. We had a private sauna session followed by a couple massage. Both therapists were lovely and very professional and the massages were brilliant. The rooms are big with nice spa decoration. Only suggestion: give an extra 10-15 minutes for the sauna so we have enough time to get changed and do 2 rounds inside the sauna. I definitely recommend.
