Staff were amazing and accommodating when I had to change my appointment last minute because of sickness. They even managed to fit me in last minute before I went on holiday. Very friendly and brilliant treatment will go back for sure! Thanks so much for a great experience! My wax was perfect. Just what I wanted.

I love Mermaid Island The atmosphere is really relaxing, and the treatment was amazing, really soothing and calming. The staff are really friendly and attentive.
