Was a bit weird as someone was having a pedicure right outside the door so had them chatting all through the massage. But everyone is very friendly and the treatments are good.

My masseuse Andrea was wonderful. Very intuitive and tailored the whole massage to my needs. Mermaid Island is a haven. I will definitely return. The reason I put only three stars for value was because I had not realised that I could have had 20% off as a half term offer! Andrea was worth every penny though.

It lacks warmth and a relaxed feeling, very dull and no music when you walk in so you feel like your in the wrong place, I liked the therapist but it wasn’t a great massage and I wouldn’t go back.
