Was absolutely brilliant whenever I book my self for any appointment since I’m coming from July I really enjoyed the all treatments staff very polite and helpful and very friendly too I was late today and seen by Firdosh and she was very welcoming and fit me in on her busy time thank you

Appointment was moved at 13.45 from 18.00 to 14.00 without contacting me. I happened to look at my emails and notice it. I called as obviously I couldn’t make an appointment that I didn’t know about, 10 mins away and they said they would move to 11am tomorrow. They then booked it for 11am today (so for 3.5hrs in the past) and repeatedly hung up on me when I called to ask them to move it to tomorrow. I think i understand why they have so much availability. I’ll be expecting Treatwell to refund.

I been many places for LVL lash lift But Firdosh is using actual products of LVL officially I can’t believe how it’s come out after as I have not a good experienced with other salons .
also price very reasonable too she is very honest with her work too I really like her work
