It was unprofessional for her to leave halfway and give the massage to another person who wasn't good. The appointment was 15 mins late so I was late for work.

Unprofessional. Understaffed. Unhygienic. In both appointments they were 15 mins late meaning I was late for work. Junior staff don’t know how to do their job.

It was my first time had a wonderful experience, Mesmereyes with Firdosh did an AMAZING job. First time getting threading was nervous but she's so attentive and felt like she cared about every little detail. Also she is a qualified beauty therapist all certificate for medical background I booked collagen facial for next week she is best in Walthamstow very knowledgeable Checking skin condition what my skin need thank you was easy and overall it was a great process.experiences see you next week
