From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where l've felt so welcome from reception, and outstanding hygiene the lady who treat me she is best with knowledge in skin

I was thoroughly impressed with my eyelash treatment from start to finish. Firdosh was very professional and took time to check exactly what I wanted. She also gave me a free eyebrow tint as a complimentary add on which was great for my holiday preparations and advised I can return for maintenance. I highly recommend 😊

It was unprofessional for her to leave halfway and give the massage to another person who wasn't good. The appointment was 15 mins late so I was late for work.

Unprofessional. Understaffed. Unhygienic. In both appointments they were 15 mins late meaning I was late for work. Junior staff don’t know how to do their job.
