My previous experiences at this place have been ok, however my last visit was extremely terrible and left my in pain for a few days. I had requested a hot wax and the lady used strip. In addition she had poured wax which led me to scream in pain also leaving my skin with burns and a lot of shedding of the skin. Not only that, the lady didn’t remove the hair properly which I had noticed and she requested that she shave it instead of wax. I’m not happy and have reached out and no response.

Excellent service.. Firdosh was ready to see me even though I came on the wrong date. She spent time making sure the eyelashes was done well. She also has a lot of knowledge on the products and she uses quality products taking health into consideration.
