The lady offered really excellent service.

There’s only one person to do lashes so whilst my friend was having theirs done, the other lady spent 20 mins unnecessarily brushing/cleaning my already clean lashes.
The treatment had to be paused halfway through so that the lady could do someone else’s eyebrows.
The eyelashes all fell out within the next few days and my natural ones look damaged.
I’m also certain that they used the same equipment on my lashes as they did on my friend before me
