Not my first Hollywood wax, so knew what to expect. Staff didn’t know what to do. I was waiting for the staff to leave, so I could get changed. I asked where I could get changed. They pointed to the toilet, which had no space. Eventually one of the ladies left so I could get changed. The waxing itself was a horrible experience. The lady didn’t know what she was doing nor did she know how my legs should’ve been folded in order to wax. At the end, I had to apply the gel myself, after asking for it
