Staff are friendly and professional. How we the actual treatment should and could be approved. A few of my lashes have came out already. I went back the next day and they put them back in but usually I wouldn’t have the time to go back and it is inconvenient. Lots of potential just maybe improve the quality of their products. Will go a long way !

I visited Mesmereyes last week for eyelash extensions and was a big waste of money. Before leaving I had already noticed one eye had significantly more eyelashes than the other. The lady doing the eyelashes stated that I was wrong and they just needed brushing. Then within 2 days about 50% had fallen off. I am now 6 days later and have one ‘clump left’ which is impossible to get off due to the amount of glue used for this one eyelash.
Also during the actual treatment itself the lady doing the eyelashes really struggled. She did say I was closing my eyes too much but then when I left them open she still struggled.
Overall would not recommend. I have since gone as well and had better quality lashes ( don’t feel and look like plastic) and was a much nicer experience getting them put on
