Very polite staff, customer service means a lot to me, on time,there was abit of a confusion at the beggining in terms of treatment, vut it came through in the end!!!1 great value for money too. eyelashes and eyebrows look in on point!

The therapist lady was absolutely lovely. Very careful and professional, giving me advice for my skin type, on other treatments. There was ambiance piano music which helped me have a calming experience. The salon was very clean and i will definitely go back. I actually look forward to it.

No waiting time, clean and friendly. The bikini wax could be better, and i would appriciate some response to my chat to reduce awkwardness, but it's GREAT value for money!

Waxing isn’t as painful as you think. I went in with the impression of being in pain however I didn’t feel a thing. Personally I don’t grow much leg hair so I guess that’s a bonus to feeling no pain. I would recommend Mesmereyes as I had a positive outcome from them. They did a great job and I am happy.
