The overall experience wasn't great - I'd booked in for a certain time slot but they were running thirty minutes late and then, during my appointment the therapist left me for periods of ten minutes to go and thread people's eye brows! There were also several phone calls taken whilst doing my treatment. They also tried to charge me more money even though I'd paid through Treatwell - sounded like they didn't like the discount offered through the site. The final extensions are fine, not the best I've had but not the worst either. Personally, I won't be back here
Booked online, arrived, store was closed. Called number and told they didn't open until 11- not according to the booking or what was shown online, Waited, and didn't open until 11:15am I asked for my brows to be shaped, but they were in a straight line, they were tinted for free as an apology and I look like a clown as colour was too dark. Had my top lip waxed and this has left me with blisters. I would never advise anyone to go there. An awful experience that left me in tears I am never going back and I would advise you to avoid the place
Absolutely livid!
I show up the the store at 10.30 for my appointment. It is closed, the shutters are down. So I call the number..no answer. I call another nine times..no answer. At this point I have been waiting a HALF HOUR and the store is still closed! So I decide to walk back to the bus stop to head home. I try the number one last time (lucky number eleven) and finally someone answers and I explain the situation to her. She says she will call me back in five minutes. Two buses and fifteen minutes pass and she finally returns my call (i watched my bus drive by in hope that she would call saying she'd be in soon)..she says the person that was meant to be in had an emergency........ok? And there are no other employees? No one informed management? My biggest issue is that this is the SECOND time this had happened to me. The first time I waited twenty minutes and it was because the girl was just "running late" not knowing she had to open the store at least fifteen minutes before her first appointment (me). Please call before your appointment to make sure someone is actually THERE.
Thankfully, I was given a full refund by the manager as soon as I got off the phone. Every time I speak to a member of staff they are polite and respectable. And last time when I actually got my eyebrows done, they were done well. It may just be my bad luck, but I do not think I can return there.
