Using this before was new to me so i booked a few treatments on the off chance, good enough the salon accomadated me in all aspects of waxing nails and massage. Firstly the salon was very posh not somewhere i would usually visit as it has a funky modern feel YET the staff were amazingly friendly not protencious or stuck up like other salons i have been to previously. There was a real homly feel and the community of clientelle was amazing looking around everyone was smiley and there was an amazing rapour with the staff which genuienly you could tell they were a close knitt team.
I was promptly offred a glass of fizz which always goes down well but never had this before in a salon...nice touch, i was given a form from a lady on reception and she was delightful, she ackknowledged me as soon as i arrived and was very attentive offering refreshments took my jacket and made me feel relaxed and above all welcome.
The treatments were exceptional carried out with the upmost detail and attention the beauty rooms are cosy and very well decorated. My nails have been on for 2 weeks and 3 days and are perfect. I write in such great detail as i was extremly impressed and to find such an establishment in Liverpool of this calibre is very very unusual and coming from london the service was somewhat that you would find in claridges or the dorchester customer care and dedication to the salon FANTASTIC definatley will be my hideout. Highly commended

The lady who did my nails painted them but added an extra effect of glitter onto them which was a lovely bonus, I will be going here in future to get my nails done!
