Really surprised at how great this place is, been past many times! Haircut amazing and staff incredibly friendly a hidden gem in my opinion 😆
The treatment was okay. Missed a spot at the top of my thigh that I had to do later at home.
Hollywood Waxing
It's the first time I've ever had a waxing resulting in half my upper lips basically burnt - I left with a painful cut, three areas above the lips burnt, and a sore lip that is still healing now. Thankfully the event I had to go to the day after was cancelled, I couldn't have gone in that state. On top of that, why didn't she apply any moisturizer after (badly) removing the residuals of wax on my armpit and upper lip? She didn't even apologize for the damage to my lips, just offered a bit of cotton and sent me to pay.
