Staff are always friendly and accommodating. An enjoyable experience. Good that the salon is close to Liverpool One so convenient for shopping before and after treatments.
Pedicure
The staff were lovely and provided a fast service. However, I had my treatment 3 days ago and one fingernail started to lift and today two toenails have fallen off. So now my lovely holiday manicure and pedicure are ruined :-(

I love this salon HARD. I live in London but always have my treatments here. The staff are all lovely and super friendly. I needed a haircut as well and they sorted this out no prooblems. As well as their technical expertise they never do the hard sell. A great experience all round.
