I generally love White Haus and its brilliant customer service...However on this occasion...
Didn't get what i asked for on this visit..the colour I spoke about for my foils came out shockingly red instead of chestnut tones! I had to have a further colour to tone it down.
Asked for straight blow dry and the Russian stylist proceeded to give me a curly blow?!
Not happy..had to go straight to boots for chestnut hair die and redo it all at home, waste of time and money. I will go back but not to that stylist..she did speak English but does she understand it?

I was able to get a last minute appointment, which was great. The lady, Debbie, was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend to a friend.
Waxing turned out to be a pleasant experience and wasn't painful. The staff was great and made me feel at ease.

I had a luxurious facial, I loved every minute of it, my face was thoroughly cleansed , massaged and moisturised. I will go back for sure. It was really pleasant and relaxing experience.
