Staff were surprised when I turned up as my booking apparently hadn't come through to their system. Waited a while for this to be sorted. Actual appointment was a shambles. Took five minutes at most, staff member was unhelpful and not very warming, and only half of the area I'd asked for was treated. Wouldn't go back.

This was the second time I was getting this treatment and it did not live up to my expectation from the first one. The tint didn't show as much and the shape of the one eye-brow was so and so. I was treated by a different beautician and she was in a hurry to finish maybe because I booked the last appointment in the afternoon so I would advise you to book early on in the day.

I've been here a few times for a Hollywood wax, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great and quick service, lovely staff and great price.
