I had a very warm welcome. They offered me a nice coffee.

Chris was very nice and friendly. She did a very good job, very carefully. She was very gently.

Unfortunatly the therapist was 40 minutes late - but the other staff did keep me informed and provided drinks.
When he got there he was quite flustered. He didn't ask me or give me a chance to take off my jewllery which meant he kept catching my necklace. The treatment was performed very well, though was 40 minutes instead of the expected 60.
Great range of colours. Got seen too quickly and the treatment was done in under 30 minutes, will come again.
Amazing as always, staff are always lovely and Chris always does a great job, I wouldn't go anywhere else in Liverpool
Always enjoy coming to Haus, no complaints. Staff are always friendly and treatments are quick without being rushed. I will continue to come here for my gel nails.
