The receptionist was very nice. The girl who did my treatment was a bit rude.
Sharing her opinion in disagreement with me over a few things.
She also bruised me and in my ten years of being waxed this is the first time that
has ever happened, she also tried to blame me for the bruise by saying I didn't
stretch my skin which is ridiculous especially with the position. The girl also
missed several spots and did not ask me to check it over before she left the room.
I will not be returning to this salon because of the treatment I received. I wouldn't recommend
it to anyone after this.
When I came out of the treatment room there was another member of staff standing on her phone
which was connected to a power outlet which I thought was very unprofessional especially since there
was a lady downstairs waiting on her treatment.
