Absolutely amazing! Faultless visit. Felt welcomed the minute we walked through the front door. Lovely touch of a glass of fizz. Chris is a genius when it comes to hair. However mark is a wizard at helping you forget your troubles and making you feel at ease. No other salon in liverpool has made me feel so welcome and want to come back.

I was kept waiting for 45 minutes after arriving on time for my appointment, with very little apology from the staff for doing so. The majority of the staff I interacted with weren't very professional in their manner and as a paying client I wasn't made to feel like a priority. The ambience of the treatment room was poor with loud music and bright lighting. I was happy with the outcome of the treatments I received but I just think the whole experience could have been made more pleasant with a little bit more effort and care from the salon staff.
