Had good experiences in the past at this salon but very disappointed with quality of this service - for a luxury pedicure, there was nothing luxury about it. It was supposed to be 45 minutes - I was in and out in 25 - very rushed.
Polish was smudged.
No hard skin removal at all, which I would expect from a luxury pedicure.
Really disappointed. Had to have it re-done.

As ever I had mark and his magic hands , I was greeted with a glass of wine waited no more than 5 minutes , then Mark does his amazing thing with his hands on my face my skin felt fantastic afterwards and he gave me some aloe gel which is fab I've booked to go back in a month
