Booked VIA Wahanda for treatments and called to book my hair, Never been before so was a little apprehensive to say the least. Ideal location in the City Centre yet feels like you could be in the suberbs beautiful tree lined square by John Lewis! Salon had bundles of Personality Charisma and class, As soon as I arrived the lady on reception acknoledged me and took my coat, A glass of COLD Champagne was delivred which was refreshing on such a warm day and there was no cost. The Therapist was male which was out of the ordinary yet he was fantastic and the treatment was excecuted beautifully, I had a 30 minuet massage which was fantastic pressure and really relieved my aches and pains, then He gave me a facial which entailed a medical microdermabrasion which I have never had! The microdermabrasion left my skin flawless smooth and I was very very happy he was the best therapist I have had I can whole heartedly say. I then went to get a cut and blow dry and my hair is difficult to handle to say the least, The stylist was very knowledgable and had an award from Loreal which was impressive! He literally transformed my hair and he even explained how to manage it from home. I would highly recommend this establishment and its facilities very impressive in a day and age where companies are out to make a quick penny or two, it was fantastically priced and services were simply perfect thank you to whitehaus I look forward to my next visit
Stumbled across this salon after my regular closed down was pleasently suprised! Ver nusy yet staff were attentive and I felt like the only priority they made a fuss over you, Pleased they kept prompt to the actual appointment time as my old salon always had me waiting. The stylist was attentive and really listerned and understood what i was asking for which was amazing. Ihave had seriously the most compliments on my hair i have ever had in my life so much so my husband even commented which he never does! I also used there discount service to get shellac nails by ellie and its 2 weeks on they havnt chipped smudged nothing I really love this salon and award it top marks will definatley be back before my next appointment and very reasonably priced .... i would have payed more i am that happy
Bought this offer for my sister as a birthday treat as she suffers with stress injuries on her neck & back. Arrived on time only for the staff to be 30 mins late and was in / out of the treatment room during the massage. Plus it was more expensive on the wahanda site than in the salon? Won't be using this salon again for treatments.
