My treatment was really good and the beauty girl (I think her name was Kim) did a great job.
However, she was very rushed, but other members of staff which was awkward as a customer and I did feel really sorry for her.
second visit to the salon and it was fab both times. staff are lovely and treatments are value to money and excellent standards
Great hair salon, excellent staff an all round fantastic experience which I highly recommend. Location is convenient near to Liverpool One/John Lewis.
Really good experience and if youre looking for a new hairdresser then try here!!! Good attention to customer and if youre a woman with short hair then give it a go.....as we are not an easy bunch to please and ive tried many many salons. Will be going back.
I am a queen of beauty and am a groupon wowcher whore! (excuse my language) I love a good bargin I also write a beauty blogg on my wherre abouts! I am blunt and straight to the point and been tyo salons literally Everywhere and I am hard to please ask all my ex's:) This place I heard about through The article in the Cosmopolitain Magazine and I thought Liverpool with a SUPER SALON? It must have slipped through my fingers so I found it by John Lewis! OMG its amazing its every gay mans dream i was preened plucked threaded to perfection and now I sing from the hills about this place! I have awarded it 5 * as the service is amazing the ambience is like a scene from sex and the city! and i minced out like Carrie Bradshaw! It is my new retreat I have rebooked in with both hair and beauty and it dosnt even break the bank! Love Love Love it well impressed! And i even seen Asleign from BB in there starstruck !7*****
