I really enjoy going to whitehaus as the service I get there never alters, my hair is very frizzy and curly it is the only place that cuts my hair properly and straightens it to look very glossy and manageable.
Chris and his team are very polite and attentive and listens to what the customer want, there committment to customer service is excellent
Second time I have been to fantastic White Haus. First time Emma did my hair and it was fab, this time Vanessa did it and it was equally as brilliant. The salon is lovely and lacks that nasty cliqueness that is often found in hairdressers! I Look forward to my next visit!
My only gripe was that the £39 deal for highlights and finish has gone so I had to pay an extra £35 for my cut and finish this visit but I was more than happy to pay this as the salon is that good and my hair looks fantastic :-) thanks! X
The salon is in a great central location (once you find it, behind John Lewis car park). The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Emma did an excellent job colouring my hair (bleach blonde) and I didn't even need a toner which other salons have insisted that I must have and charge £10+ to do so. I also had a curly blow for no extra charge and overall I was very pleased. Great value for money, I'll definitely be going back.
Myself and a friend had appointments for 4.30pm but managed to get lost in Liverpool and arrived half an hour late. I explained to the receptionist what had happened and asked whether it would still be possible to fit us in. We were told that they wouldn't be able to take us until 6pm and the manager even offered to keep the store open to make sure we had our hair finished. We weren't able to do this though, but rather than just letting us go we were actually given back the money that we had paid through Wahanda... Something which I was not expecting!
This has encouraged me to go back to this salon again next time I am in Liverpool. However, one thing I would say is that their communication over the phone was not the greatest. We were told to come in with our hair already blew dry, which we did. It wasn't until getting there that we were told that we needed our hair curled first, which would have cost an additional £25 that we were completely unprepared for... Would have been nice for them to have warned us beforehand as I had let the staff know that we had never had this treatment before.

I had cut color and blow dry ,I have also a shellac nails ,Very Please.
Will definitely go back,
