Friendly staff and good service but booking through wahanda causes major issues and even though emails saying it is confirmed the salon was unaware. Waxer wasnt there and so another beautician had to do it.
Lovely Salon! felt really welcome as soon as i stepped in!, prices really competitive for a city centre salon! This has been recommended to friends and family ! will be returning!

Myself and a few one the girlies came down from Scotland for my birthday. We booked the party package over the phone and spoke to a lovely young girl who was a bit confused by my requests me being terribly fussy!
i paid a deposit via telephone only a small amount but im a bit old fashioned and hate giving details out of the phone, but i did i spoke the the manage Cris and he explained that the details are not stored and only entered into the card machine then destroyed and i will be sent a email confirmation.
We arrived at WhiteHaus which was only down the road from the Hilton, We were met with a glass of fizz and a few hours of pampering. Hair, Make up and gel nails... Liverpool really is the best place for a pamper and a good time. the guys there got us tables in nice clubs and bars.
The best birthday Ive had in years.

Ive never had a facial or microderm facial before, My skin due to my job was looking dull and my pores when blocked my girlfriend booked me this and it wasn't for me..At first.
really nice lads that own it and great staff. The facial was great ,dead relaxing and ive booked my next one.

I have been here a number of times now. The staff are so friendly, and the salon is really of a very high standard. They cannot do enough for you, which is so nice. I have had on each occasion hair colouring and cutting - restyle. I could not be happier with the standard of the stylist. I have always come out with what I have asked for, and the color so vibrant. Very pleased. Would recommend anyone to try this great salon. Thanks again!
