Went along as a birthday gift to myself!
I felt very relaxed and at ease throughout the whole experience.
No concerns regarding COVID-19. Lots of checks and the encouragement of PPE and NHS QR code use.
The room is beautifully decorated and super clean!
Veronica was very welcoming and caring for my needs, got me singing along to some jamming tunes in the background! 🙌🏾

I had the best experience! The process was so relaxing & Veronica had the answers to all of my skin care questions & she was so helpful with advice. The room was exceptional, it looked gorgeous, was very clean & I felt very relaxed in there. The facial itself has left my skin feeling amazing. I had milia removal too which I’ve been trying to get rid of for years so I’m over the moon Veronica was able to help me with that! Overall a 10/10 experience, I will be going back!
