Ewa is an amazing professional— thorough but moves quickly, and manages to make a waxing almost painless. She is also great to talk to with a bubbly personality that really puts you at ease. I go well out of my way to stick with her.

I would NEVER go here again. She was incredibly rude about why I wanted this treatment and my usual beauty therapist who I see weekly for the same treatment. She shouted at me for about 10minutes, told me things aout the treatment that are wildly different to what multiple beauty therapists and Google and other research have told me for years. She really upset me, I've waited over a month to write this so I could be more objective. I've never been treated so badly in terms of customer service
