Eva was lovely very chatty can not fault her. However the room was separeted by one door straight onto a very busy gym. Eva was in the room whilst I had to remove my clothes. The plus side was that the wax was not painful at all , however bits were missed.

Beautician was so friendly and accommodating, especially when I was late for my treatment. She took the time to explain how micro-needling works and precautions to take after, as it was my first time having this type of facial. The only drawback was it wasn't as pampering or relaxing as other facials, but that is probably because needling isn't the most comfortable experience. Skin looked great after redness had gone down.
