Went for a trim & side fringe, showed what I wanted, he said "no, this is too short" and I was like, but that's what I want. Did the trim, but then took shearing scissors to my hair, didn't ask me, and I hate them so I was annoyed about that (thought he was going to use them on the fringe). Gave me shorter "face framing" pieces at the front - also didnt ask for and hate them. Fringe I asked to be cut shorter twice, then he said I could come back later if I wanted them shorter, not going back :(
