It was £5 more expensive at the studio which felt very cheeky and treatwell said they were unable to refund me. The atmosphere was quite sparse with not much furniture or decoration in the building itself. Blow dry was ok but the products used were budget compared to other salons and my waves fell out on the 10 min walk home so I ended up redoing it myself!

I booked a blow dry on Treatwell but I arrived I was told I would have to pay an extra £5 to have a hair wash...! Which wasn’t made clear when I booked. Blow dry was good but I wasn’t asked what I wanted before they started, and the salon itself is quite sparse and bare
