She was welcoming, the room was beautifully set up, warm with relaxing music etc. She talked me through the procedure, so professional and knowledgable. She put me right at ease. The wax was very quick and efficient and as pain-free as possible. Fantastic experience, would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
