Mette is caring, thoughtful and very good at her job. My nails look fantastic and my feet are very smooth. The only little issues are the fact that my feet could have soaked longer, which is why my soles ended up being a little bit painful as she has to shave off the hard skin and did it a little too deeply. I also really don’t like lying on my back for a pedi, as I like to see what is being done and I was a bit uncomfortable.

I was waiting downstairs at first as the therapist didn't know I was there, and as the sign says to wait downstairs I didn't know how to let her know I was there! However the therapist got straight into the treatment very quickly which was good. The treatment was very nice, really relaxing, and covered a really nice mix of product application, steaming, facial massage and neck and shoulder massage. There was a lot of facial massage and neck and shoulder massage involved, which was great, so the treatment was more about relaxation, but this was exactly what I wanted so just right. It was also good value for money for the hour too - it was just what I wanted.
