I’ve tried a few nail salons around Chorlton, but this one really stands out. Maysa is amazing — super fast, incredibly precise, and my gel nails turned out absolutely perfect. Best set I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend if you’re looking for flawless nails!

I had an appointment for LVL lashes with Meysa. I had my lashes done and Meysa said the minute I sat up that the lashes hadn’t lifted and to see how they go and let her know and she will fix them/do it again. I told her I love in Sheffield and was in Manchester for the day so she said let her know how they are. I told her not to worry about it and we will see if they lift. I went home and they didn’t improve. The day after I woke my eyes were stuck together and red. I had a same day appointment with a gp and was prescribed eye drops for an eye infection. I did tell Meysa but she said it’s nothing to do with her. My eyes were super irritated and when I tried to speak to Meysa about this she disregarded me and said she will not refund me and it’s nothing to do with her. I reacted to the product and had she have been professional enough o do a patch test this would have been avoided. Patch tests are a requirement and she didn’t do one. I trusted her professionalism and unfortunately left with a reaction to the product and an eye infection. This may be a one off and the actual experience in the salon wasn’t bad. Once I had paid my £50 she was completely not interested in helping me with my irritation or take any accountability. She just insisted that she holds onto the money and takes no accountability for not doing a patch test on a profit she’s using on my eyes. She then went on to say that she tried a new product on me. I will attach images of the chat with her below. She was kind in the salon but the complete opposite once I left and had problems. Seems she just wanted to make money at any cost. The images show my irritation and the conversation where she states that she used a new product on me and she dint do a patch test for this new product when using it on EYES. Would not recommend if you want honest hygienic safe practice. She’s a super kind person in the salon she was nice but just so unhelpful and unkind after when I was in pain and no results. She just held onto my money knowing that I didn’t get any results and reacted. This all could have been prevented if she was professional and did a patch test or just had the decency to refund a paying customer knowing that the treatment didn’t work. Very unfortunate. My infection is now gone and I would never go back there or recommend this place.

Meysa was warm and welcoming. I have sensitive eyes and she was very knowledgeable in using the best glue for my needs. Staff were all lovely, Friendly and professional. Beautiful decor and exceptionally clean environment. My lashes look naturally stunning.
