Went in to get long hair chopped all off into something very short and easy to care for. Mary looked at the pictures I'd brought in as ideas and gave me a lovely low-maintenance cut that I'm very happy with.

Mary listened to me speak about exactly what I wanted, asked for lots if reference photos so she could achieve exactly what I wanted. She used various hair care products/treatments free or charge throughout my appointment and talked me through what she was doing throughout also which I greatly appreciated.
She made me feel so comfortable and welcome despite being a first time customer and supplied me with teas and biscuits during my 3 hour appointment too!
Definitely returning :-)
