I have been going to Kalon Hair Studio for years now. The ladies there have spoiled me so much that I get my hair cut done without needing one :).
Mary is excellent, she is very patient with me and my requirements. And, the end result is, I always come out smiling.

customer service - not here.
I had booked an appointment for a cut and blow dry - well I never received it. I came to the salon and had been told that all the appointments are cancelled as the hairdresser had an accident the day before.
Fair enough but customer service is basically none existent, there was no offer to squeeze me in with someone else even though I asked repeatedly, I did not get a message to even cancel the appointment or any other form of offer (discount for next time etc.). Although they did offer to reschedule the appointment for an other time, it didn’t do much for me.
Well I ended up going somewhere else as I needed my hair done and was very frustrated already.
I will definitely not be back and can not recommend it.
