Really poor. Had a cut and colour and it was a disaster. Went in with blonde hair with regrowth, left with orange hair with regrowth. Mary couldn't be bothered to finish my blowdry and kept telling me my hair looked so awful because it was so dry. I know it's dry. I have long hair and I bleach it. Of course it's dry. But as a hairdresser, you are supposed to make it at least feel good. I've never had an issue like that before. Really, really disappointed. Disappointed at the state of my hair and more so at the way I was treated. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I would not recommend Mary in the slightest.
Mary really knew what she was doing - I’ll definitely be back
