Clean and cosy treatment room in a very convenient location that is near Elephant & Castle station and surrounded by bus stops. Very good value for money. Manuel is a friendly, professional and highly skilled therapist who does great facials and massages against a backdrop of New Age soundtracks that are soothing, inspiring and uplifting. Silvio, who runs the juice bar, provides excellent support and wonderful healthy vegetable and fruit smoothies.

My first time going and a little bit nervous but I was made to feel so welcome as though we had known each other for years. The atmosphere was so clean, calm and relaxing and Manuel talks you through everything. I will definitely be going back for more treatment and recommending my friends.

Manuel This place is a Gem! I had a Relaxing, Long and luxurious facial massage using steam and amazing essential oils to cleanse the skin, followed by Radio Frequency to rejuvenate. A really thorough treatment that was like pressing the reboot button for my face - I emerged looking fresher, brighter and much more radiant than when I walked in (plus a delicious hand and foot massage while all those lovely oils it gets to work) I also left with a delicious beetroot, carrot and ginger juice Yummy

Always a lovely experience - Manuel makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed - by far the best pampering session I've had in the UK. I always come out feeling relaxed yet refreshed with amazingly soft skin. His moisturiser is also fantastic so hydrating.
