The massage was different but very good. He knew exactly where my knots were and worked on them. The place was very clean and great ambiance. Strongly recommend you to try it.

I was not quite sure what to expect, but the holistic approach to the treatment provided by Manuel Guerra was superb. The session took a holistic approach blending elements of, amongst other things, reiki and mindfulness. As a result, there was a greater feeling of personalisation to the session than I expected, and following the sessions, I have found myself sleeping more soundly than I have for a long time.
I went in for a facial and Manuel was very nice. Not only did he treat my face but he also taught me how to breathe. Whilst applying the facial, he also recommended products (non-expensive ones) that I could use. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a facial.

I booked a last minute Deep Tissue Massage with these guys and I wasn't overly impressed. It was not the Deep Tissue Massage I was after. The therapist is a firm believer of yoga & breathing techniques and instead of a proper massage I had to focus on my breathing while he pressed certain pressure points on my feet, neck and stomach. It was a new experience and definitely not unpleasant or bad, but to describe this a Deep Tissue Massage is not entirely correct in my opinion.
