This was a relaxing treatment but it is by no means a massage, i arrived with a very sore back and left with a very sore back. If you want to relax then this may be for you, but if you are looking for a massage I would look elsewhere.

The massage was different but very good. He knew exactly where my knots were and worked on them. The place was very clean and great ambiance. Strongly recommend you to try it.

I was not quite sure what to expect, but the holistic approach to the treatment provided by Manuel Guerra was superb. The session took a holistic approach blending elements of, amongst other things, reiki and mindfulness. As a result, there was a greater feeling of personalisation to the session than I expected, and following the sessions, I have found myself sleeping more soundly than I have for a long time.
I went in for a facial and Manuel was very nice. Not only did he treat my face but he also taught me how to breathe. Whilst applying the facial, he also recommended products (non-expensive ones) that I could use. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in getting a facial.
