The appointment confirmation said 45 mins massage when I paid for 1 hour , not quire sure why. I booked my appointment and showed up 10 mins earlier as you would but the shop was closed and no one seemed to be there. I knocked several times, called and texted him and despite being very cold I waited outside for over ten minutes until I got fed up and left. I called him to reschedule ( I did not want to loose my money) and he said he was going to text me to confirm the new date, but after two days I had to remind him I was still waiting for my appointment confirmation. As I was put off by the unprofessionalism and did not longer feel comfortable I decide not to show up.

It was an exceptional feeling I got from this facial. It was different to all the others I have ever done. This helped open up blockages of energy and its a great feel good factor.
