Really lovely salon with a relaxing ambiance. My therapist was lovely and very knowledgeable- she assessed my skin before my bespoke facial and afterwards explained that I had the beginnings of rosacea and gave me lots of advice about how to help it. She also dealt with my pre-period breakout. Apart from the extractions (of course) the whole experience was deeply relaxing. Will definitely go back.

Well, it was initially a nice experience as the therapist seemed very invested and caring, talking about how much interest he takes in clients and they put genuine effort in...
When we discussed extractions and he said we'd need extra time. I said I had time, no problem.
Lo and behold, when I go to leave, I get slapped with an extra £40 charge...for extractions! It was more than the initial treatment I came in for. And it was not made clear at all that he'd charge me - especially this much..
